All contracts for the sale of Products by Il Monouso sas – to third parties (the “Customers”) are governed by these General Conditions, which form an integral and substantial part of every proposal, order and confirmation of order. purchase of the Products themselves. The price displayed on the order confirmation will be valid, which the customer will receive at the e-mail address indicated at the time of registration. - ORDERS
The Customer can only purchase the products present in the electronic catalog www.ilmonouso.com at the time of placing the order, described in detail and described in the relevant information sheets. It is understood that the image accompanying the description of a product may not be fully representative of its characteristics but differ in color and size. The publication of the products on the site constitutes an invitation to the customer to formulate a purchase contract proposal at Il Monouso sas. Any discount codes can not be combined. - SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERIES
The Monouso sas will deliver the goods, exclusively on the national territory, generally within 7 working days, from the moment of receipt of payment, at the address indicated by express courier. Deliveries will be at risk of Il Monouso sas until delivery of the products to the shipper or to the carrier appointed by Il Monouso sas for delivery.
The Customer agrees to receive the order even within 30 (thirty) days from the receipt of the order by Il Monouso sas, without this being considered non-fulfillment of the contract. The aforementioned delivery times are to refer to the goods present in the warehouse at the time of the purchase order.
The Customer acknowledges that, due to the possible simultaneous access to the site by more than one user, the actual availability of the individual products may vary considerably during the same day with respect to the information provided on the site.
Unless otherwise communicated to the customer, delivery means street level.
In order to carry out the delivery of the ordered products, the presence of the Customer or of one of his representatives in the same place indicated and on the day scheduled for delivery is always required.
At the time of delivery of the products by the courier, the customer is required to check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document and that the packaging is intact, not damaged or otherwise altered, checking with particular care the presence of signs indicating the breaking of the goods sent, such as, for example, the presence of leaking liquids and / or the presence of moisture on the packaging.
Any damage to the packaging and / or products and / or mismatch in the number of packages must be immediately notified to the courier by the customer, who must declare, in writing, to the person responsible for delivering the products, which they are accepted with “Content verification reserve”. The Customer agrees, moreover, to promptly report, and in any case not later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery, to Il Monouso sas by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to ViaTeocrito, 2/4, Saponara (Me ) 98047 and by e-mail to [email protected] any problem concerning the physical integrity, correspondence and / or completeness of the products received.
It is possible to indicate a destination of the goods different from that of the billing address. If the different destination does not appear in the order confirmation, due to an error, or is subsequently requested by the customer, it will be necessary to reissue the confirmation of the adjusted order to be sure that when the order is processed respected the alternative address. In the event that, for any reason, the delivery address other than the billing address does not appear on the order confirmation and the customer does not request the correction and the subsequent reissue of the confirmation, delivery will be made to billing of declining any responsibility for anything that might arise. - BILLING

The information provided by the Customer during registration will be the same as those used to issue the invoice. The Customer assumes all responsibility for the correctness of the aforementioned information. No change in the bill will be possible after the issuance thereof. - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, the right of withdrawal applies to natural persons (consumers) who act for purposes that can be considered unrelated to any commercial activity.
Therefore, purchases made by retailers and companies are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
On the basis of Legislative Decree 206/2005, art. 64, the customer has the opportunity to exercise the right of withdrawal, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 working days from receipt of order, by registered mail with return receipt to be sent to Il Monouso sas, Via Teocrito registered office , 2/4 – 98047 Saponara (ME). The aforementioned term is calculated from the day of receipt of the product.
The sale of the Products is subject to the legal guarantees provided for in articles 129, 130 and 132 of the Consumer Code. The Customer has the right, at his choice and on condition that the type of Product allows it, to restore, without charge, the conformity of the Product by repair or replacement, or an appropriate reduction in price or termination of the contract. The Customer loses these rights if he does not report to Il Monouso sas. the lack of conformity within a period of 14 days from the date on which the defect was discovered, unless it is a Product which by its nature is perishable or subject to expiry in a shorter term, in which case the defect must be reported within this reduced period.
The products must be returned intact, inserted in their original packaging complete in all its parts and with adequate external packaging carefully sealed within 14 days from the communication of the withdrawal.
In the case of reception of damaged product, the provisions of point 4 apply.
The transport costs for returns remain the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product does not conform to what was ordered or damaged.
The Monouso sas will reimburse the Consumer Customer for the full amount paid for the products purchased within 14 days of receipt of the goods in the bank account indicated by the Customer of which he must be the holder or joint account holder. - CUSTOMER COMMITMENTS

In the case of “defective” goods, the only charge to Il Monouso sas will be that of its replacement.
The Monouso sas assumes no responsibility for disservices due to force majeure of any nature and kind, in case it fails to execute within the time agreed to the contract.
